Earthquake in Gyumri in 1988 was fatal not only for the residents of the blocks but also private houses. Yelena Babayan was born and grew up in the house on 50 Tumanyan Street, but the house was damaged due to the earthquake. 74-year-old woman lives alone. She lives on pension and benefit. During these years Mrs. Yelena has spent many hard days without light, gas and water. This year the roof has been partially damaged because of much rain, cold and gloomy walls are already extremely dangerous for Mrs. Yelena’s life.
