NSS official: Neutralized criminal gang received tens of thousands of dollars (video)
We have exposed and arrested a gang which had clear goals and clearly developed programs. They planned particularly serious crimes against our citizens, branches of government and state agencies,” Mikael Hambardzumyan, Deputy Head of the Armenian National Security Service, told reporters on Friday speaking about Wednesday’s arrest of a ten member group in a Yerevan house. The neutralized group was unmatched across Armenia with its brutality, big weapons cache and number of members, the NSS official said adding that the gang had received tens of thousands of dollars.
