Why are premieres delayed at State Musical Chamber Theatre? (video)
The State Musical Chamber Theatre has not presented any performance to its audience this year. The director of the Theatre is displeased with the work of the art director. He says after Armen Meliksetyan was appointed to the post in February he promised to stage three new performances. The rehearsals of Nahapet Quchak’s "Hayrenner” started at the theatre in spring. The director says the premiere will take place in December. He adds that “West Side Story” will be premiered next year. The cast of the new performances has been changed. Was it done on purpose or not? What is to become of other workers?
