Gyumri Municipality takes back land allocated to Shirak Patriotic Union (video)
The Municipality of Gyumri, the second city in Armenia, intends to take back from the land allocated to the Shirak Patriotic Union. This refers to the former Park of Friendship which was given to the union several years ago to build a monument eternalizing the memory of the victims of the Genocide.
