Communities having debts haven’t been provided with seeds (video)
Communities having debts have been deprived of the opportunity to get seeds of wheat. Shirak marz has accumulated debts since 2013. At present the debt reaches 8 million drams. Movses Manukyan, Head of the Department of Agriculture and Nature Protection of Shirak marz, cannot understand why the heads of communities do not take the money with legal authority.
