74-year-old Varsenik Gilsetyan is an elderly woman, who lives in apartment 12 of Nersesyan 13 building in Vanadzor. The three-room flat of Mrs. Varsenik is on the last floor. The roof of the house is badly damaged and rainwater flows into the flat of the woman eroding the already damaged ceiling. Every night Varsenik Gilsetyan goes to bed with fear and in the morning she thanks God that the ceiling hasn’t fallen down. Details in the video of “Lori” TV
