Gyumri resident Martin Ghazaryan’s relative Sona Avetisyan was operated on several months ago in Gyumri Medical Center, but later postoperative problems arose. The patient was operated on for the second time in Armenia Medical Center. The expenses of the second operation were covered by the state. The course of operation and the postoperative stage were successful. Martin Ghazaryan told the journalists that it is obscure why the second operation wasn’t carried out in Gyumri.
