Head of BHK bloc in Council of Elders hands in resignation
The BHK bloc of the Armenian capital's Council of Elders today held a special sitting headed by BHK Leader Naira Zohrabyan. During the meeting, Tamar Poghosyan handed in her resignation as Head of the BHK bloc in the City Hall. She will continue to head the Standing Committee of Culture, Education and Social Affairs of the Council of Elders Jivan Poghosyan was elected Head of the party’s parliamentary faction and Ruben Kchoyan was elected Secretary if the faction. On the same day, Tamara Poghosyan was appointed chief adviser to the BHK Leader and Acting Chair of the Women's Council.
