Four Armenians awarded title of Honorary Citizen of Yerevan
On October 8 during the extraordinary session Yerevan Municipality Council unanimously voted in favor of the draft decisions on awarding the title of Honorary Citizen of Yerevan to composer, conductor, Honored Art Worker of the RA, People’s Artist of the RA, principal conductor and artistic director of Pop-Symphonic Orchestra of the Public Radio and Television of Armenia Yervand Yerznkyan, professional boxer, world champion Arthur Abraham, singer, People’s Artist of the RA Raisa Mkrtchyan, singer, People’s Artist of the Armenian SSR Ruben Matevosyan.
