Changing the owner of the Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) is not a solution to the problem and will not lead to changes in the energy sector of Armenia. Tashir Group Company, the new owner of the ENA will not give up the idea of having profits in order to please its consumers. Besides changing the ENA owner, they also need to reconsider the approach of the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC).
