NKR Deputy Foreign Minister received Head of the ICRC Stepanakert office
On September 22, Deputy Foreign Minister of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Armine Aleksanyan received Head of the Stepanakert Office of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Thomas Hallier, who is completing his mission in Artsakh. Armine Aleksanyan thanked Thomas Hallier for the programs carried out in Artsakh during his tenure. The sides stressed the importance of maintenance and further development of the current level of cooperation between the ICRC and the relevant structures of the NKR.
