Armenian couple- world champion
Michel Zakarian and Jeremy Ialenti, sailors representing Armenia, performed successfully at 2015 Tornado Open World Champs held in Carnac city of France.
As the press service of the RA Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs informs, in Catamaran class competitions our couple successfully overcame all the 10 rounds and was the first to cross the finish line. They became world champions of that class.
To note, our athletes train in the sport complex of Sevan sports school of watersports, Hayk Suqiasyan is the personal coach and Smbat Hakobyan is the chief coach of the national team.
