Arpine Hovhannisyan not to leave for Belarus
From September 8-9 Arpine Hovhannisyan must have lead 6-member PACE delegation, which must have carried out pre-election observation before October 11 presidential elections in Belarus. Arpine Hovhannisyan, who was a PACE delegate up to yesterday, won’t leave for Belarus on the occasion of being appointed as the Minister of Justice.
