New appointments in Artsakh Army
President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree to appoint Major-General Miqayel Arzumanyan first deputy commander of the NKR Defense Army's Military Unit N 19916 releasing him from the post of the commander of the NKR Defense Army's military unit N 32964. According to another presidential decree, Colonel Masis Miqayelyan was released from the post of Deputy Commander of the NKR Defense Army's Military Unit N 19916. On the same day, Mr Sahakyan signed a decree to appoint Colonel Boris Davidov Deputy Commander of the NKR Defense Army's Military Unit N 19916 signing a contract for five years. According to another decree, Colonel Alexander Grigoryan was appointed Commander of the NKR Defense Army's Military Unit N 32964 signing a contract for five years.
