Armenia has exported 47854 tons of fresh fruit and vegetables this year
Armenia has exported 47854 tons of fresh fruit and vegetables so far this year as compared with the 27 623 tons exported in the same period last year, Armenia’s Ministry of Agriculture reports. The ministry says the exports of apricot totaled 20 000 tons and those of cherries made 2038 tons to date, when compared to last year’s exports of 1791apricots and 370 tons of cherries. Armenia’s Ministry of Agriculture reports exports of 18,787 tons of apricots and 1,830 tons of cherries to date; a bumper crop when compared to last year’s exports of 1,791 apricots and 370 tons of cherries. Also, the country has exported 2848 tons of cucumbers, 1160 tons of greens, 9054 tons of cabbage and cauliflower.
