Protesters to Deputy Chief of Yerevan Police: “Osipyan, go away!” (video)
Several women protesters have started an argument with Deputy Chief of the Yerevan Police Valery Osipyan. The women demanded that Osipyan allow them to continue the peaceful protest. “Listen to me, listen here,” Osipyan was repeating. “We are not going to listen to you,” said the women. “It is up to you,” said Osipyan. The angry women urged Osipyan to go and protect the country’s borders instead of issuing orders at the square. “If need be, I shall go,” said Osipyan. The police official is now negotiating with protesters who demand to sanction their rally, but Osipyan is uncompromising. Protesters are chanting, “Osipyan, go away!”
