Arghishi Kiviryan charged with administrative offence (video)
Activist Arghishi Kiviryan has been set free after being charged with an administrative offence (Article 182 of the Code on Administrative Offences).
In reply to A1+ whether he was the only activist to be charged with an offence, Mr Kiviryan said, “I think the question should be addressed to the police. Anyway, I believe they [police] tried to restrict my right to participating in protests but I have already been charged with an administrative offence ten times. The 11th will not matter.”
Kiviryan had been subjected to violence in a police car and he showed us the bruises on his hand.
