Vaghinak Shushanyan: Block Baghramyan anew is a matter of seconds

Vaghinak Shushanyan, a member of the No to Plunder initiative who was taken to the Police Kentron Division earlier on Monday after the police cleared the demonstration there, has been set free. Talking to journalists gathered outside the building, Shushanyan said he had been neither interrogated not charged with an offence. “I have no information about the other detainees but I think they will all be set free,” the activist said. He added that a minor was subjected to violence by police officers in a car on the way to the police station. Vaghinak Shushanyan refrained from speaking about their future plans; he only noted that blocking Baghramyan Avenue again is a matter of minutes.
