Detained activists to be set free today
Deputy Police Chief Hunan Poghosyan has arrived at the Kentron Police Division where activists protesting rising electricity prices were taken earlier on Monday after a scuffle with police in Baghramyan Avenue. In reply to A1+’s question, Mr Poghosyan said the protesters were detained from the protest site for committing an administrative offence and would be set free later in the day.
