One and a half months have passed since the children’s poisoning case in Armavir, but nothing has been revealed. “I have visited the State Service for Food Safety for three times, but I haven’t been able to find out anything. I want to know who certified the nutrition unit (kitchen) of those kindergartens. The answer of the State Service for Food Safety is as follows- the certification isn’t obligatory. It isn’t an answer for us,” says the President of the Union of Consumers Armen Poghosyan. He knows but he won’t tell who certified the food of the kindergartens avoiding further responsibility for his statement, “They are organizations, which have neither literacy nor professional capacity. I cannot mention names as it is my own supposition, but it is very reasonable. The name isn’t important to me, but the conditions under which it won the tender and the merits for which it won.” He notes when the food is brought to kindergartens, a meal is made, its sample must be kept in refrigerator for three days. The President of the Union of Consumers calls on the RA General Prosecutor's Office to take all his words as a report on crime.
