People on Baghramyan Avenue are in ‘an expectant state’ after Serzh Sargsyan’s statement. Citizens are expressing their views but they do not have a final and single answer. At present the activists are enjoying a rock concert. A little while ago, the crowd parted to allow an ambulance to pass – it had come to pick up a protester. Others are singing, talking and reiterating their demand to cancel the decision of the Public Services regulatory Commission to raise electricity tariffs by 6,93 drams.
