Gyumri authorities ignore protesters
A march has started in Armenia’s second largest city of Gyumri against the expected rise in electricity tariffs. The participants say none of the municipality representatives came out to talk to do and listen to their demands. The group continued the march, chanting “Shame on you!” Photos by Levon Barseghyan
