Artvin Baghramyan dies at 55
Artvin Baghramyan, Head of the Information Department of National Security Service, died today at the age of 55. A memorial service for Artvin Baghramyan will be held in St Hovhannes Church in Kond at 6.00p.m. May 29. We extend our condolences of the family and relatives of our colleague.
