Syunik deputy governor isn’t aware of his chief’s thesis (video)
Syunik deputy governor Vache Grigoryan hasn’t read his chief Surik Khachatryan’s scientific first fruit- doctoral thesis, “But why must I… there isn’t such a function in the state service that I must be aware of the thesis.” Though deputy governor knows that Surik Khachatryan has written a thesis and he is a doctor, but the thesis is about local government, “Even if it is about local government, it isn’t obligatory that the staff of the marzpetaran (Governor’s office) or deputy governor must be aware of the main plot of the thesis.” By the way, Mr. Grigoryan isn’t afraid of Surik Khachatryan. There isn’t an atmosphere of terrorism in the marz. By commenting on the murder attempt against Syunik marzpet, the deputy governor noted that Khachatryan isn’t frightened, “I don’t think that he is afraid of being killed.” Asked whether he has rivals, deputy governor answers, “Rivals? I don’t think that he has.” Today in the morning Minister of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations, Police General Armen Yeritsyan met with Surik Khachatryan. He was not like a criminal and no one except the court can consider him to be a criminal. But the Minister doesn’t know scientist Surik Khachatryan, “I haven’t read the thesis.” Then the Minister again talked about a governor, who has a criminal reputation.
