Kotayk marzpet (regional governor) Karapet Guloyan refuses to answer the question what he felt on February 12, when the Republican Party headed by Serzh Sargsyan was insulting his father-in-law Gagik Tsarukyan, “Don’t ask me political questions.” To “A1+” journalist’s remark that it is a human question, marzpet says, “I am depoliticized.” According to son-in-law, Gagik Tsarukyan is not involved in politics.
