According to the Communication Scienctific research institution data "Armentel'' and the Ministry of Communication and Transport place obstacles in the way of development in the information technologies field.

This proclaimation was made during the supporting session on information technology development. The Ministry has no project of progress in communication field till and this gives "Armentel'' an opporrtunity to act the way it sees fit.

The specialists think the license point to be changed in the legislation and the communication field to be separated from the transport Ministry in order to develop the information technologies.
