DW: Armenia and Belarus haven’t signed the document
Armenia and Belarus refuse to condemn Russia’s step in the issue of the Crimea’s annexation, in contrast to the countries taking part in the EU “Eastern Partnership” summit held in Riga, writes Deutsche Welle website. “The fact that Armenia and Belarus don’t want to sign the document, won’t result in the failure of the meeting,” writes the website. It isn’t excluded that the participants of the summit will make statements on this issue, but general formulation will be included in the document with the demand of national sovereignty and territorial integrity.
