Aviation Department Chief has instituted legal proceedings against Nikol Pashinyan, "Haykakan Zhamanak" newspaper's chief editor. He is on a charge of humiliating and insulting the chief of Aviation Department in one of the articles of the newspaper.

"Nobody can accuse me of any wrongdoing, because I've never commited crime", he said.

Pashinyan gave a written undertaking not to leave a place. He doesn't know yet who will be his attorney during preliminary investigation.
