Collection of signatures for changing measure of restraint against former lawmaker (video)
The Armenian population of Syria has appeared in very difficult situation. During today’s NA extraordinary session HAK faction head Levon Zurabyan addressed to Galust Sahakyan, “20000-30000 Armenians are facing physical destruction because of military operations. We have suggestions for future steps of the NA. Please, ask the faction heads to gather for discussion during the break.” BHK faction head Naira Zohrabyan announced that the lawmakers couldn’t pretend that nothing had happened the day before, “Yesterday the NA former lawmaker, 73-year-old Gohar Yenokyan was arrested and detention was chosen as a measure of restraint against her. Yesterday I visited her and I claim that her health condition is too bad. I am applying to my colleagues to join the collection of signatures in order to change the measure of restraint chosen against 73-year-old Gohar Yenokyan.” NA President Galust Sahakyan responded neither of the statements.
