Sevak Mnatsakanyan released
Short time ago Sevak Mnatsakanyan, who was sentenced to 1.6 year imprisonment in the case of “Shant Harutyunyan and friends”, was released from “Nubarashen” penitentiary institution. To remind, Sevak Mnatsakanyan was charged with hooliganism on November 5, 2013 on Mashtots Avenue. The other 13 people in the case of “Shant Harutyunyan and friends” were sentenced from fines to 7-year imprisonment. The case is in the Court of Appeals. The advocates mediated either to excuse them or send the case into the Court of First Instance for new investigation.
