Robert Kocharyan congratulates Bako Sahakyan on Artsakh elections
Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan today had a telephone conversation with President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan, the second President’s office reports. Armenia’s ex-presient congratulated Mr Sahakyan and Artsakh people on the occasion of free and fair parliamentary elections held in the country on May 3. He also stressed the importance of the elections in strengthening democracy and statehood of Artsakh.
