Wasn’t an issue of amnesty discussed?
Today at the NA sitting Armenian National Congress (HAK) deputy Nikol Pashinyan asked the NA President Galust Sahakyan, “Recently a huge number of letters and calls have been received, that there will be amnesty in connection with the Centennial of the Armenian Genocide. I understand that it isn’t only under the jurisdiction of the NA. I want to know whether you have any information, whether there is such probability that there will be amnesty in the near future.” “I don’t have such information, no such issue has been discussed until now,” announced Galust Sahakyan. “Heritage” faction leader Ruben Hakobyan offered to pay tribute to the victims of the earthquake in Nepal with a minute of silence. The NA approved the offer and paid tribute to the victims of the earthquake.
