On April 25 the Armenians of Germany, the Netherlands, Austria and Sweden will hold a rally in Berlin for the recognition and condemnation of the Armenian Genocide. The rally has been organized with the support of Central Committee of German-Armenians and Primacy. Armenians of Dersim will also be present. Assyrians, Yazidis, Greeks will also take part in the rally for the prevention of genocides. The motto is “Join, remember and demand!” To note, on the same day the Turkish nationalist organizations are planning to hold a rally against Armenians by trying to deny the Armenian Genocide. According to some news, 10 000 Turks will take part in the rally denying the Armenian Genocide. The organizations named after Talaat, Ataturk, who are members of the Grey Wolves, are financed by Germany and carry out their anti-Armenian rallies with finances of Germany (for example, DITIB organization). So, Germany, introducing itself as a democratic country, continues supporting those who carry out genocides and deny the genocides. And it is not surprising, as the closest friend and ally of the Ottoman Empire was the German Empire. Though the President of Germany has uttered the word “genocide” and the Bundestag has drafted a resolution, which isn’t against using the term “genocide” for the massacres of 1915 and the vote of which has been postponed by April 30, until today Germany hasn’t recognized the Armenian Genocide officially. All the Armenians of Europe, who will be able to participate in the rally, are urged to join in order to demand the recognition and condemnation of the Armenian Genocide.
