ANOTHER COURT SESSION ON POGHOS POGHOSYAN'S MURDER CASE
Support A1+!The written testimonies of the only witness of Poghos Poghosyan's murder were at last proclaimed in the trial today. According to it Poghos Poghosyan was beaten to death in "Aragast" cafe water-closet by the president's bodyguards.
The defendant, Aghamal Aroutunyan's lawyer announced that the court could not accept the testimony. The reason is the absence of a proper agreement between Armenia and Britain.
The court accepted the defendant's representative solicition to stop the process of considering the testimonies. The same time the court remonstrated the solicition of plaintiff about holding a complex investigation. Poghos Poghosyan's brother left the court hall indignant.
The Prosecutor suggested to put Aghamal Aroutunyan on probation for a year for unpremeditated murder.
