Minister of Justice: Vladimir Nazarian could find healthy grains in any idea (video)
Would Vladimir Nazarian, the author of the first Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, support the constitutional amendments initiated by Serzh Sargsyan, particularly the shift to a parliamentary form of government? A1+ addressed the question to Minister of Justice Hovhannes Manukyan who had an opportunity to work with Vladimir Nazarian. Mr Manukyan said it was difficult for him to answer the question as ‘Mr. Nazarian is not with us any longer,’ anyway, hewould try to answer. “Mr Nazarian had a flexible mind and thinking and any idea could have become a subject of discussion for him. He would not reject it immediately. He had analytical thinking and would thoroughly study the idea, trying to find healthy grains in it,’ said the minister.
