In order to close the theme for once and forever, I officially declare that the Civil Headquarters and personally Tigran Urikhanyan highly appreciate the activities of Nikol Pashinyan and the other members of the Civil Contract, their struggle aimed at protecting the rights of Armenian citizens and solving the existing problems in the country. We find that the Civil Contract has an important function and mission in the country and we do not see them as our rivals in the political domain,” Kocharyan said.
