Isn't it possible to manage the defence of our borders in such a way as to minimize the number of casualties and why aren't contract servicemen sent to the front-line? Mr Hovhannisyan says the enemy is leading a ‘hybrid war’ now which is intensifying from time to time. The primary aim of the enemy is not to kill Armenians, rather, they want to seize military positions and move forward but so far they have failed in their endeavors.
