Tashir Group doesn’t comment on the news about buying the ENA
Electric Networks of Armenia company rejected the news that starting from tomorrow- April 1, the company will be directed by the Head of Tashir Group Samvel Karapetyan, who lives in Russia. We tried to clarify the news from Zara Achemyan, Head of Corporate Communications and Marketing Department of Tashir Group. She answered all our questions by one sentence: “We don’t have any comments on that issue.” In the interview with “A1+”, the Head of the ENA Public and Media Relations Department Natalya Sarjanyan noted that the news on bankruptcy of the company also doesn’t correspond to reality. To note, according to press releases the ENA has 100 millions USD debt and is going bankrupt.
