New commander of Russian military base N 102 to arrive in Armenia today
Russian military base N102 in Gyumri has a new commander. Talking to Armtimes.com, Governor of Shirak province Felix Tsolakyan said Major-General Ustinov will replace Andrey Ruzinski as Commander of the Russian military base. Ustinov will arrive in Armenia today. The changes in the military base were made after the murder of the seven-member family in Gyumri by Russian conscript Valery Permyakov who had been serving at the military base before killing the family.
