RETRAINING COURSES FOR THE CRIMINAL-EXECUTIVE STRUCTURES

3 months ago penitentiaries were moved from Interior Ministry to the control of Ministry of justice. In order to approximate the system work to european standarts Ministry of justice decided to organise retraining courses for the employees of criminal-executive structure.

The fisrt «students» of the courses are criminal-executive department employees and penitentiary principals. The courses will last a year and approximately 500 employees will attend them. The courses are financed by Soros Foundation - the Foundation rendered 25 000 american dollars
