Will you do such thing? - Who has the DM applied to in order to help the soldier? - The Red Cross always cooperates with the Defense Ministry and all the relevant organizations have been informed. - Which organization is responsible for this incident? - The responsibility lies with a particular individual. - Isn’t the DM culpable for the incident? Appropriate vigilance wasn’t ensured, was it? - Why Ministry of Defense? What does it mean… the reasons will be examined and then we shall see what the reason was, you immediately want to find sinners, how can it be? I don’t understand your approach. - There is an opinion that there is an issue in terms of self-defense, that is, more experienced people should keep the border. - Experienced people keep the border, everyone is experienced, there aren’t casual people. Now you want to impute the adversary’s provocations to us? So why don’t you claim that Azerbaijan informs about the number of its casualties? We inform transparently and you are making accusations. - Can all these lead to a resumption of war? - I don’t think that a war will be resumed. It is my personal opinion, it isn’t beneficial to them. We remind that on March 22 a contract serviceman of Karabakh Defense Army, Andranik Grigoryan born in 1991 left his weapon, deserted and crossed into Azerbaijan.
