The official opening ceremony of the fourth plenary session of EuroNest PA will be launched on March 17 at 15:00. During the official opening the messages of Serzh Sargsyan, the RA NA President Galust Sahakyan, Vice President of the European Parliament Richard Czarnecki, Head of EU Delegation to Armenia Traian Hristea, EuroNest PA Co-President Boris Tarasyuk and EuroNest PA Co-President Heidi Hautala are expected.
