Galust Sahakyan congratulates women parliamentarians on Women's Day
A festive reception was organized at the National Assembly today in connection with International Women's Day. All female MPs were invited to participate in the reception. Congratulating the women parliamentarians on the occasion of International Women's Day, NA Speaker Galust Sahakyan said ‘great is the role of an Armenian woman in the family.’ He also highlighted the role of women in parliament, saying they contribute to the formation of warm, open and tolerant atmosphere in the legislature. The NA Speaker also presented women legislators with flowers, wishing them maternal happiness, prosperity, optimism.
