“Our main goal is to make FFA Technical centre/Football academy grow up at least the same number of players as FC Banants, FC Pyunik and FC Mika do,” announced Marc Lelievre, newly appointed Technical director of the Football Federation of Armenia. As the FFA official website informs, Belgian specialist presented a new program of youth football to the FFA Executive Committee. According to the program, the main goal of all the football players of the youth teams will be the development of individual skills and not the result. For that reason, the championships of U 9-13 will be eliminated and will be replaced with the tournaments without points. Marc Lelievre will also suggest candidates for the coaches starting from U-14 to U-19 to FFA president and will coordinate their further activity.
