RF Prosecutor General's Office responds to Zaruhi Postanjyan
RF Prosecutor General's Office responded to the RA NA “Heritage” faction lawmaker Zaruhi Postanjyan’s letter-petition addressed to President of the RF Vladimir Putin (copy- to Prosecutor General of the RF Yuri Chaika). The response is presented below.
The letter reads that Valeri Permyakov, who is charged with the murder of seven members of Gyumri family, cannot be handed over to the Armenian law enforcement authorities.
