Armenia has new representative in CSTO
Serzh Sargsyan has signed a decree to appoint David Virabyan Armenia’s Permanent and Plenipotentiary Representative in the Collective Security Treaty Organization (seat in Moscow), Armenian President’s Press Service reports.
