Armenian government proposes parliament to hold special session
The Armenian government today convened a special session chaired by Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan. Guided by Article 70 of the Armenian Constitution, the government decided to propose to the National Assembly (NA) speaker to consider the possibility of convening a special session on March 3. The agenda of the special session will include the proposed amendments to the laws on profit and turnover taxes, citizenship, personal data protection, President’s remuneration, service and safety, organization of funerals and operation of cemeteries and crematories, citizenship law, etc.
