Ministry: Ice crust on several roads in Armenia
Armenia’s Ministry of Transport and Communications reports that several roads in the country are covered in black ice. In particular, an ice crust surface is observed on Goris-Sisian and Goris-Shurnukh-Kapan roadways and Vardenyants mountain pass. No precipitations were reported as of 9:30 local time. Snow cleaning activities are underway on roadways. All interstate and republican roads are open, says the Ministry.
