“No civilization, no nation disappears without a trace” (video)
Within the frames of the Biennales’ project of New York and Dubai, Anna Harutyunyan’s personal exhibition has been opened at Yerevan Modern Art Museum. The organizer of the exhibition is the Director of these Biennales Pietro Franesi. “No civilization, no nation disappears without a trace, even genocides and wars aren’t able to eliminate the origins”, says Anna Harutyunyan. The title “And the life started” is a symbol of new life of people, who survived the terrible tragedy: she dedicated the exhibition to the Centennial of the Armenian Genocide. The traditions of national painting and the classic and innovative principals of European art of painting have been mixed in these paintings created with unique technique. More in the video
