Ice, snow, rain and fog in Armenia
Light snow was reported in Noyemberyan region in Armenia this morning. It is raining in Kapan, and there is fog in Maralik region, says the country’s Ministry of Transport and Communications. Some sections of Vardenyants mountain pass [near Martuni] are covered in black ice. Snow cleaning operations are underway in the country. All roads in the country are open to traffic, says the Ministry.
